OUR PRACTICE

Our friendly reception staff are available to make appointments or help you in any way. We have pathology collection on-site, so it is easier to have your pathology test specimens collected on the day. Undercover parking is available, along with a ramp and elevator access.
All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.

Saturday 9 am – 1 pm


APPOINTMENTS

Please phone 9757 6400 for an appointment. Urgent medical problems or sick children will always be dealt with promptly.

Please advise the receptionist at the time of booking if a longer appointment is required or other members of the family are to be seen during your visit and if your appointment involves a procedure.

AFTER-HOURS
Please contact 8724 6300 for home visits. This service is bulk-billed for all valid Medicare card holders.

In emergencies, ring 000 for an ambulance.

Please feel free to talk to your doctor, nurse or the practice manager if you have any suggestions or comments regarding your care. Alternatively contact the Health Care Complaints Commission on (02) 9219 7444.

TELEPHONE CALLS

Reception and nursing staff are always happy to take your phone enquiries. Emergency calls will be transferred straight through to the nurse or doctor. Alternately you may need to leave a message and your contact details for the doctor to deal with at their earliest opportunity.

Our practice is commited to preventative care. You can register to receive reminder notices for health care services appropriate to your care.

FEES - BULK BILLING
All eligible patients are bulk-billed. Please bring your Medicare card with you to the surgery. Patients who do not hold a valid Medicare card will be charged as a private consultation. A list of usual fees is available at reception.
